Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Rehab Pro BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP. The total liability of Rehab Pro, its partners, or any third parties mentioned on the App shall not exceed U.S. $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rehab Pro and its associates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
The Rehabilitation App and all associated content, including exercises, are the property of Rehab Pro. You must not use any marks, logos, or content without prior written permission from Rehab Pro.
General Provisions
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. The entire agreement between You and Rehab Pro regarding the App supersedes all prior agreements. Changes to this Agreement are effective upon posting on the Rehabilitation App.
